"Jen Coate is beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside Mr. Calder and make her first venture into the world of publishing. Primarily a writer of fiction, she is a former runner-up of the Young Voices short-story competition and a winner of many more writing contests. Jen resides in Purcellville, VA, and is currently a sophomore at Longwood University, where she hosts her own radio show and is majoring in Creative Writing."
